20% (non-refundable) deposit  due upon booking 

which is applied to bill total 

Payment Processing:

Upon booking, a detailed invoice is emailed 

to client with a secure link for payment processing.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation,  the rental deposit serves  as a rental credit which expires one year from the date of cancellation.
